For custom orders, production and shipping times are agreed upon individually.

Shipping within Ukraine and internationally:

• Ukraine: shipped via Nova Poshta — to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier, according to the carrier’s standard rates.
• International shipping: sent via Ukrposhta Global — flat rate €15 with tracking. (No delivery to Russia or Belarus.)

We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Custom-made and personalized items, as well as jewelry made to order, are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange:
• Email us at info@tsucro.com with your order number and reason for return;
• Send the item back in its original condition and packaging;
• Ensure all tags and seals are intact, and the item shows no signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

To maintain the original look and vibrancy of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before bathing, sleeping, physical activity, or applying oils, creams, or perfumes.

Avoid contact with household chemicals, chlorinated, or salt water.

Store your jewelry in an individual pouch or box to prevent scratches and other damage.
