Exchange & Returns

We gladly accept returns and offer exchanges for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return or exchange, please contact us by email first. The item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and no visible signs of wear or damage. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Please note that returns are not accepted for custom-made pieces, personalized orders, made-to-order items, or products from special collections.

If your item was purchased as a gift, the original buyer must reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return. All standard conditions still apply.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please let us know — we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
