We offer both domestic and international delivery:
 • Ukraine: delivered via Nova Poshta — straight to branch, parcel locker, or courier — according to standard carrier rates.
 • Worldwide: sent with Ukrposhta Global — flat rate of 15 EUR, tracking included. (Delivery to Russia and Belarus is not available.)

Production & Dispatch Times
 • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability.
 • Custom or made-to-order pieces typically ship in 7–10 business days, with full email or Instagram updates during the creation process.

Please note: delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to international mail disruptions beyond our control. Estimated global delivery time is up to 14 business days, though local customs, pandemics, or border restrictions might add extra days.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost in transit, please let us know — we’ll liaise with the carrier to locate it. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a partial or full refund. (So far, we’ve had no lost shipments.)

Providing accurate shipping information is your responsibility. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delivery issues or delays — and refunds are not issued for errors stemming from incorrect customer data.

Customs & Duties
All prices are shown excluding local taxes or import duties. Any additional charges at customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
